General info...
All our chairs are pre-assembled (apart from Giant) with their fabric sling and come folded and packaged in 100% recyclable materials.
Some products may have a longer lead time and need to be ordered in. If this is the case you will be notified on the product description page or via email. Please let us know ASAP if you are working to a specific deadline.
All our products are dispatched from our warehouse in Exeter. We print every Tuesday and aim to dispatch within 7-10 days, via courier, on a requested next day delivery service for mainland England and Wales. Whilst we request a next day service for UK deliveries, this cannot be guaranteed.
We use commercial couriers for all our products, their normal delivery schedule is Monday to Friday between 07.00 to 18.00. We are unable to specify times of delivery due to capacity and traffic on the day. Office hours are taken into consideration but we cannot guarantee delivery within your specified time frame due. The couriers are unable to call ahead.
The courier will deliver to the entrance of your premise. They are unable to help with construction of your products, or removal of packaging.
All our products will need to be signed for upon delivery. If nobody is available when the delivery is made, further instructions on how to rearrange the delivery will be left.
You are welcome to collect your order from us. Risk in the Goods shall pass to you when the Goods have been signed over when collected by you or your appointed collection agent.
A person is to be present upon delivery to sign for the goods and help unload Giant Deckchairs, as they require 2 people to lift. If someone is not present the courier may be unable to deliver the goods in which case you will be liable to pay for a re-delivery if required.
Should your item not be successfully delivered to you for reasons outside of Our control then you will be liable to pay for a re-delivery if required. This may involve surcharges related to recovering the goods from the courier.
The exciting bit...
When your product arrives you can unwrap them, just don't use a knife as you risk damaging what's inside, recycle your packaging and away you go! Tiny and Junior deckchairs require safety bolts to be secured before use. The Giant Deckchair is the only product that requires self assembly, we recommend 2 people to construct the chair, and you can find full instructions on how to do this in the box, or by following the link to assembly.
International delivery...
We can arrange delivery worldwide (you’d be surprised by how far our Deckchairs have travelled). International delivery times will be longer, so if you have a specific deadline, please get in touch ASAP. Just a note, the consignee is responsible for any currency conversion charges, import duty and taxes associated with their order. We will send you an up to date shipping fee upon request.
The important bit...
Delivery will be classed as successful once the product has arrived at the address you have provided. Signatures may be required as proof of delivery, but confirmation procedures are ultimately decided by third party organisations.
Products will only be left at the delivery address without the recipient's signature if you have specifically requested this and by so doing, you accept all liability as to the completeness and security of the goods. In this case we will not accept any claims for short or non delivery of your order.
In case of delivery to certain locations such as hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business premises, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
You can read more information on this in our terms and conditions.
