Since our business began in 2013, we have been refining our Giant Deckchair to ensure you have a beautifully hand crafted and long lasting frame. We've sold over 3500 Giant Deckchairs to date and have worked with some of the biggest brands across the world, and we recently introduced 3 smaller sizes.  All of our deckchairs are fully customisable, and we offer discounts on multiple purchases. 

Our standard turnaround time for custom printing is 7-10 working days, but if you have a tight deadline we may be able to work to this.  Please contact us to discuss. 

Frames

Our Giant Deckchair frames are pressure treated with a preservative after they have been machined. This gives the timber a proper seal and ensures that your frame has the best chance to last many years. Every frame is sold with a 5 year workmanship warranty. 

It goes without saying, our timber is sustainably sourced from a local company, and is PEFC certified. 

Our giant deck chair has been weight tested to hold 250kg, the equivalent of 3x average sized adults.

We have made our chunky deckchair futureproof so you can easily update the fabric to suit your needs. Our slings (the bit you sit in) are easy to change and have a large printable area of 3m². 

Our Giant Deckchairs have precision engineered stainless steel and aluminium fixings as standard to give your frame longevity. Your Giant Deckchair will be delivered flat packed, with its sling  and full instructions, ready for self assembly. You’ll need a 6mm hex key & 17mm socket spanner to build your deckchair. If you don't have these you can buy them separately - this helps us to avoid sending them unnecessarily. 

Once built, your chair can fold flat for storage or transportation. 

A fully assembled giant deckchair is approximately 192cm (h) x 146cm (w) x 176cm (d). When the chairs are laid flat for storage they measure approximately 240cm (l) x 146cm(w) x 10cm(h), the stays add an extra 10cm in height. The giant deck chair weighs approximately 42kg.

Fabric

Our slings are easy to change and have a large printable area of 3m². 
The fabric is a strong, medium weight outdoor man-made fabric, which is scratch resistant and repels water.  All designs are printed on one side only, with the back remaining white. 

We print in-house using an advanced digital dye-sublimation process to ensure your design looks incredible from a distance, and up close. We can colour match to your brand specification too. 

We sew all the fabric ourselves using industrial strength thread. The fabric slings are double sewn at key pressure points to ensure maximum strength. We use black or white thread as standard.
